Admin Interface Settings

Use these settings to keep the WordPress admin area cleaner for your team. You can rename the plugin menu, hide menu pages that are not used on the site, and enable a page tree helper for easier page navigation.

OptionDescriptionWhen to use it
Admin Menu Name Rename the main Import Export admin menu label shown in the WordPress sidebar. Use this when you want a shorter label, a client-friendly name, or a menu title that matches your internal workflow.
Hidden Admin Menu Items Hide unused plugin menu items from the WordPress admin sidebar. Hidden items are removed from the menu for a cleaner interface. Use this to simplify the admin area when a site only needs specific tools, such as Import, Export, Jobs Log, or Options.
Show Page Tree Enable a page tree view that shows the hierarchy of a specific page and its child pages. Use this when working with nested page structures and you need to quickly inspect or navigate a page branch.
â„šī¸ Interface-only settings
Renaming the admin menu or hiding menu items changes the WordPress admin experience only. It does not delete plugin data, disable saved jobs, or remove any import/export capability from the plugin itself.

AI Settings

Settings for AI-powered features: AI URL Importer and, when the PRO addon is active, the AI Function Generator.

OptionDescriptionRequired

âš ī¸ Keep Your API Key Secret

Pricing & Tokens

AI features use the OpenAI GPT-4o-mini model — one of the most cost-effective models available. You are billed directly by OpenAI based on the number of tokens consumed. Typical costs:

FeatureTypical Cost
Function Generation ~$0.0001 – $0.0003 per function
URL Import ~$0.001 – $0.005 per page (depends on page length)

You pay OpenAI directly — the plugin does not add any markup. Monitor your usage and set spending limits in the OpenAI dashboard:

Saving Settings

Click Save Settings after making any changes. A success notice will confirm that your settings have been stored.

â„šī¸ Settings Are Per-Site
On WordPress Multisite installations, settings are stored per-site and are not shared across the network. Configure options separately on each sub-site where the plugin is active.
